Royal Ascot 2012, Day Four

Yesterday was day four of Royal Ascot. Royals in attendance included Queen Elizabeth, Prince Philip, the Duke of York, the Earl and Countess of St. Andrews, Prince Michael of Kent, Princess Michael of Kent, Princess Haya of Jordan and Sheikh Mohammed of Dubai.

Today was day three of Royal Ascot, also known as Ladies’ Day. In attendance were Queen Elizabeth, Prince Philip, Princess Anne, the Countess of Wessex, Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie, Prince Michael, Princess Michael, Princess Haya and Sheikh Mohammed attended. Also in attendance were a few royal in-laws, Michael and Carole Middleton (the Duchess of Cambridge’s parents) and Christopher Rhys-Jones (the Countess of Wessex’s father). Trooping the Colour 2012

Today was Trooping the Colour, the Queen’s official birthday. As usual, the balcony at Buckingham Palace was absolutely lousy with royals.

The Queen’s Family

The Queen, Prince Philip (back from the hospital after a bladder infection took him out for a week), the Prince of Wales, the Duchess of Cornwall, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Harry, Princess Anne, Timothy Laurence, the Duke of York, Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie, the Earl and Countess of Wessex and Lady Louise Mountbatten-Windsor were all there.

The Gloucesters

It was a weak Gloucester showing as only the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester and their son-in-law Gary Lewis (the husband of Lady Davina, who I have not yet spotted in any pictures) showed up.

The Kents

Luckily the Kents made up for the poor showing from their cousins by coming en masse. The Duke and Duchess of Kent, the Earl and Countess of St. Andrews; Edward, Lord Downpatrick; Lady Amelia Windsor, Lord and Lady Nicholas Windsor, Albert Windsor, Lady Helen and Timothy Taylor, Columbus Taylor, Cassius Taylor, Eloise Taylor, Estella Taylor, Princess Alexandra of Kent, Zenouska Mowatt, Prince Michael and Princess Michael of Kent, Lady Frederick Windsor and Lady Gabriella Windsor all attended.
