From the 20th to the 22nd of December, the Earl and Countess of Wessex visited Bahrain and Afghanistan. They met with King Hamad and the Prime Minister of Bahrain. They also attended a reception at the British Embassy and visited the Bastion Military Base (in Afghanistan) and met with Royal Navy and RFA personnel.
